Refund and Returns Policy

At Savarrah, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Returns and Exchanges policy is designed to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
    • Sale items (unless faulty)
    • Gift cards
    • Custom or personalized orders

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Customer Service:

  • Email us at support@savarrah.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

b. Receive Return Authorization:

  • Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

c. Pack and Ship the Item:

  • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of the RA number. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Processing Returns and Exchanges

  • Refunds:Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Exchanges:If you requested an exchange, we will send the replacement item(s) once the original item(s) are received and inspected. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@savarrah.com. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. International Returns and Exchanges

For international orders, the process is the same as described above. However, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Return Shipping Costs:You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Processing Time:Please allow 10 business days for returns and exchanges to be processed once we receive your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.
  • Original Shipping Costs:Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is faulty.
