Savarrah ships worldwide. We deliver to most countries and regions, ensuring that our unique African RTW fashion is accessible globally.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

a. Standard Shipping:

  • Domestic (within the United Kingdom): Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • International: Delivery within 15-20 business days.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

b. Express Shipping:

  • Domestic (within the United Kingdom): Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • International: Delivery within 7-10 business days.
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

c. Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £100 (or equivalent in other currencies).

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery time for custom orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on these charges.

a. Delayed or Lost Packages:

b. Incorrect Address:

Ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Savarrah is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

c. Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@savarrah.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. International Shipping

  • Customs Clearance: International orders may require customs clearance, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Savarrah is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Duties and Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
